Welcome to our dog boarding facility "Chen Point". The dog boarding facility was established in memory of our team member 70 in Duvdevan, Chen Nachmias, the late, who was killed on October 7th as part of a YAM activity, fighting until the last bullet. Chen dreamed of becoming a veterinarian and we are here to continue his path, with his rare love and attitude towards animals. The entire boarding facility is run by his team members.

A few important points before we begin:

1. It is mandatory to arrive with the dog's vaccination record.

2. It is important to bring the food that the dog is used to. We want to avoid giving dogs other food to maintain proper digestive function and prevent irregular or soft stools, vomiting, or anything unpleasant for the dog.

3. We recommend bringing the dog before the period of stay at the boarding house, to ensure that there is a match.

4. Arrival: It is advisable to arrive with your dog by 12 noon. The earlier your dog arrives, the more pleasant and easy his adjustment to the boarding house will be.

5. The person ordering on the site must be over 18 years old (credit purchase restriction)

Service Warranty:

1. "Kontak Chen" boarding house does everything in its power to protect your dog and ensure its safety. However, the boarding house does not bear financial or insurance responsibility in the event of any type of injury to the dog.

2. In addition, the boarding house is not responsible for cases of eating, chewing, or swallowing substances that may be harmful to the dog, and is not responsible for diseases or viruses that the dog may contract (such as whooping cough, distemper, etc.).

3. By depositing the dog at the boarding house, the customer confirms and declares that he releases the "Point of Charm" boarding house, its managers, employees, and anyone acting on its behalf, from any responsibility or liability for damage, to body or property, of any kind, that may be caused to the dog, as detailed above.

Cancellation Policy:

1. In the event of a cancellation of a reservation made by the user more than 3 days prior to the date of accommodation (regardless of the date of the reservation), the pension management will not charge a cancellation fee for the cancellation of the reservation.

2. In the event of a cancellation of a reservation made less than 3 days prior to the date of accommodation or in the event of failure to arrive at the boarding house on the date specified in the reservation or in the event of failure to notify, the association (or someone on its behalf) will charge the user, using the credit card whose number was provided to the company by the user, a cancellation fee of 100 NIS.
