Frequently Asked Questions
If you did not find an answer to your question, we would be happy if you would contact us.
What is the dog quota at the boarding facility?
The boarding facility has room for up to 20 dogs, each dog has its own sleeping compartment.
Would you like to schedule an introductory meeting with my dog?
Yes, we would be happy to meet the dog before it enters the boarding facility (recommended)
How is the dog's food handled at the boarding facility?
We recommend bringing your dog’s own food. If the owner prefers, we can provide food from the dog boarding facility.
Treats and snacks will be given to the dogs at the discretion of the professional staff.
What happens in the case of an aggressive dog in the boarding facility?
We do not accept aggressive dogs. If a dog proves to be aggressive during its stay, it will be kept separate from all the other dogs, will not be able to be free in the premises, and will be taken on regular walks separately.
Until when can I bring the dog?
We ask that you do not bring your dog later than 12 noon. The earlier your dog arrives, the more pleasant and easier his adjustment to the boarding facility will be.
Will I receive updates about the dog?
Updates and videos will be sent on a daily basis (at least once a day)
Do dogs that take regular medication get accepted?
Yes absolutely, we also accept dogs that take medication regularly.
In such a case, we will ask you to provide the necessary medication and ensure that there is enough for the entire period of your stay, preferably some extra in case you decide to extend your vacation. We will also need your instructions for taking the treatment.
What happens in the event of an injury or any unusual event that happens to my dog?
In the event of an injury, we first update you, the owner, with the details of the case.
In a conversation with you, we will make a joint decision whether to take the dog to his veterinarian or to the boarding facility.
